Delivery to Verified Recipients
To ensure secure delivery, please provide complete and accurate consignee details:
- Full Name (as per Government-issued ID)
- Delivery Address
- Mobile Number
Accepted ID proofs (for delivery verification):
- PAN Card
- Passport
- Driver’s License
- Voter ID
- Aadhaar Card (optional)
The delivery agent will verify ID and require OTP confirmation before handing over the package.
Shipment Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect the package before signing the receipt. To help resolve any issues quickly:
- Record a video while unboxing the package
- Report visible damage or tampering immediately to customer support
Shipping Charges
- Shipping is free PAN India
- All applicable GST and taxes are transparently shown during checkout

Failed Deliveries
If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect:
- The courier will make up to two delivery attempts
- If delivery fails, the product will be returned to Jewel Affaire
- Redelivery costs, if applicable, will be communicated in advance

Need to update your shipping address?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes once the item is shipped.

Delivery Address Rules
Orders can only be delivered to:

- Office/Business addresses
- Authorized Jewel Affaire store locations
We do not deliver to:
- Public places (e.g. malls, restaurants, hotels, hostels)
- Street-side drop-offs or pickup hubs
Jewel Affaire is not responsible for orders collected from unauthorized locations or courier hubs.
